Federweisser

"Sparkling white wine with a delicate muscat note, lively acidity, and a round, full-bodied flavor."

Intense wine with an unmistakable aroma of gooseberry, bell pepper, and boxwood, and subtle oak notes. Half of the wine was aged in barriques made from Weiningen oak on the lees, while the other half was aged in stainless steel tanks, then blended shortly before bottling.
